Use as a starting point
MilePay Report helps record trips and prepare mileage reports. It does not provide tax or legal advice or guarantee reimbursement.
Check before you rely on a result
Check trip details, mileage, calculations, reimbursement rates, and applicable policies before submitting a report. Suggested routes and distances are estimates and may differ from the miles actually driven.
Keep a copy and protect information
Trips and settings are saved in this browser on your device. Clearing browser data or changing devices can lose records. Export a backup and review personal details before sharing reports. Address searches go to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, and route coordinates go to OSRM. Hosting and font providers may receive routine connection information.
Tools can have errors
The tools are provided as-is, without a promise of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular job. If something seems wrong, verify it before proceeding. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
